Deputy warehouse manager required

31st May 2016

A Deputy Warehouse Manager is required at our Batheaston warehouse to cover the Thursday morning shift. The position is voluntary and involves a regular weekly commitment to Thursday mornings between 9.30am and midday.

The Deputy will assist the warehouse manager to manage a small group of voluntary workers to sort and store food donations. There is an element of lifting to the work. The Deputy will also be required to stand in for the warehouse manager when absent and on rare occasions on Tuesday mornings when both the warehouse manager and the Tuesday Deputy may be absent.

Prior warehouse experience is not required, as training will be given. Travel to and from the warehouse is at your own expense but there is free off-street parking available at the warehouse. A clean driving licence would be beneficial but not a necessity.
