A big thank you to BathAvon Rotary Club who have been helping our warehouse teams sort donations from Christmas. They have been supporting our teams for the past few weeks to help our warehouse run efficiently during a period of extensive donations.

The Bath Foodbank is immensely grateful to Sainsbury’s Green Park for allowing us to hold a supermarket collection on Saturday 30th November. Due to the generosity of the store and its customers, we collected 685.3kgs of the foods that we were in need of over the festive period. A huge thank you to everybody!

We are now advertising for a Volunteer Agencies Co-ordinator role. This will entail a commitment of about 2 to 3 hours a week and attendance at the Management meetings once every 6 weeks. For more information please visit the Volunteer page on our website.

A big thank you to the staff from the University of Bath’s Research and Innovation Services who came to our warehouse today to help our volunteers. They managed to sort a large proportion of the generous donations given over the Harvest period, helping us to get our warehouse in order for Christmas.
